Sometimes. For example, MARPE is always used together with braces or clear aligners and can’t be done on its own.

MARPE is a minimally invasive, in-office procedure, nothing like the hospital-based jaw surgery adults once needed. There’s no operating room, no general anesthesia, and no hospital stay.

Yes. Surgical orthodontics is orthodontic treatment coordinated with oral surgeons for jaw surgery.

We offer Botox for clenching, grinding, and headaches.

Dr. Song screens for tongue tie at every comprehensive consultation and refers to tongue-tie providers when needed. We do not perform tongue-tie releases.

Yes. At every comprehensive consultation, Dr. Song screens for signs of sleep-disordered breathing, including sleep questionnaires and sleep apnea screening, and refers to sleep physicians and ENTs when needed.

Every treatment plan is personalized. Fees vary with the complexity of your case, and these ranges are a starting point:

• Early (Phase I) treatment: $3,500–$4,500+
• Limited treatment: $5,000–$6,500+
• Comprehensive treatment (braces or Invisalign): $6,500–$8,500+
