Before you arrive

Please complete the New Patient Form before your appointment and email it to hello@misoortho.com at least 72 hours in advance. The form includes your medical and dental history, a short breathing and sleep screen, and your insurance information.

If you would like us to review your orthodontic benefits during the consultation, make sure your insurance details are complete. Sending the form in advance gives our team time to review your benefits before your visit.

If you have recent dental X-rays or previous orthodontic records, let us know so we can discuss obtaining them before your visit.

We take photographs of your teeth and face and a low-dose 3D CBCT scan for every new patient as part of our consultation records.
CBCT gives us a three-dimensional view of the teeth, jaws, and surrounding bony structures. It provides spatial detail beyond conventional two-dimensional panoramic and cephalometric images, helping us assess tooth position, jaw relationships, and skeletal anatomy for individualized planning.⁹

Ready to begin? We offer same-day starts. Depending on your plan, getting started may mean beginning an in-office procedure or completing the steps needed to order a custom appliance. Clear aligners and other custom appliances may require fabrication before delivery.
