Who we are

What our forms collect

When you join the founding waitlist, we ask for your first name, last name, and email address. You can also choose to give us your phone number and tell us how you heard about us. We record that you agreed to receive updates about the opening of Miso Orthodontic Studio.

When you use the Refer a patient form, we ask for your name and email address. You can also choose to give us your practice or organization, your phone number, and a short note. We record that you agreed to be contacted about the referral.

Please don’t include medical or patient health information in either form. We don’t ask for it.

How we use it

We use your details only to let you know about the opening of Miso Orthodontic Studio, to tell you when we’re ready to schedule consultations, to follow up on a referral, and to reply to you if you write to us.

We never sell your information

We do not sell your information. We may use service providers, for example to host this website or to send email, and they may handle your details only to help us do that.

How your form submission is handled

When you submit a form, your details are sent to us over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We save them in a secured database and email a notification to our inbox through an email service provider, so a member of our team can follow up. If you join the founding waitlist, we also email you a confirmation. Both services act only on our behalf.

Website analytics and fonts

This website uses basic, cookieless analytics to count page views and clicks. It does not record what you type into our forms. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when you visit.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until you ask us to remove them.

To be removed from the waitlist, or to ask what we hold about you, email hello@misoortho.com. Please write from the email address you used to sign up.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
